Before the introduction of the new CTAs, users had to manually take screenshots or copy transaction IDs to share payment details, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. This manual process created friction and inconvenience for users when sharing transaction information.

Exploration and Pain Point Identification
Conducted surveys and user interviews to identify pain points in the current user experience, focusing on the transaction sharing process.

Design and Implementation
Designed intuitive and user-friendly Download and Share CTAs, strategically placed within the app's transaction confirmation screen.
These CTAs allowed users to easily download or share a transaction invoice directly from the app, streamlining the process and reducing the likelihood of errors.
Usability Testing
Tested the prototypes on a controlled group of 16 existing users, ranging in age from 18 to 55.
Collected feedback that overwhelmingly supported the new features, with users highlighting the convenience and ease of sharing transaction details.
Final Rollout
Based on positive user feedback, the CTAs were integrated into the app, providing users with a structured and efficient way to manage and share their transaction details.
